We recently experienced an “Act of God” as the insurance company describes it, with some serious rainfall and 80km/h winds in the middle of the night. We had a tree fall on our house. Our insurance company called to arrange an emergency arborist to come out. They called Pickering at 3:15pm, crew was here in Bowmanville by 6pm ( during a horrendous snowstorm) took the tree down assessed damages and cleaned up and were gone before 9pm. Andrea and team. I wanted to send you a thank you for all your work on my sons room. My mother in law had come for a visit from Nova Scotia , first time we had seen her in almost 3 years. After being here only 5 days, she suddenly passed away from poor health. The very next day my sons room caught on fire. To say we were devastated would be an understatement. We were still trying to deal with the sudden death, and less than 24 hours later tragedy hit again. While we were extremely thankful the fire did not spread to the remainder of our house, my son still lost all of his possessions. He was really struggling with seeing all his stuff being pulled out of the room, covered in black soot. You and your team were so supportive, showing such empathy and making every effort to help Dalton through the process. You have no idea how much I appreciate all of that. You made an awful time a lot easier to manage. The young men working on clearing and cleaning the room were extremely professional as well as kind to what my son was going through.
